Glyconutrients: Scientific Breakthrough or Hype?

It has been said that the most important invention in the last 100 years is a bunch of simple carbohydrates which is a mobile communications center called glyconutrients. Scientists have puzzled over the years how to work mobile communications system-how the body can decide whether to attack the invading organisms or ignore it.

Glyconutrients

How the body knows exactly which substances are harmful to the body and which are not. Most importantly, how the whole body functions based on an elaborate system to continue to send signals from one cell to another cell. It turns out that the answer lies in a group of sugar binding (or glycosylate) with various cells.

There are more than 200 glyconutrients that are available but only eight body needs. These include xilosa, Galactose, fucose, glucose, mannose, N-acetylneuraminic acid acid, N-acetylgalactosamine, N-acetyl glucosamine and. It appears in various forms in nature and has an individual function which generally helps accelerate cell to cell communication, enhance the immune system, and improve public health.

Xylose, for example, is a typical component of chewing gum and toothpaste was recently found to have anti-bacterial and antifungal properties which in addition to improving mobile communications. Glyconutrients are abundant in breast milk and dairy products are fuctose and galactose.

The first help in promoting the development of the brain, in warding off infection caused by allergens, and inhibit the growth of tumors. The latter, meanwhile, played a central role in wound healing, inhibiting the formation of cataracts, reduces inflammation, and like fuktosa, in his inhibiting the formation and spread of the tumor growth.

Mannose, essential nutrients in the remodeling of the network, the prevention of infections from parasites, viruses, bacteria, and fungi, as well as in preventing the formation of tumors, found in India and sumac gum Acacia trees in Africa.

The remains of eight glyconutrients are essential N-acetyl glucosamine, N-acetylneuraminic acid, and N-acetylgalactosamine. Most of the benefits that may be obtained from the N-acetyl glucosamine focus on reducing the symptoms of osteoarthritis as the weakening of the cartilage, inflammation, pain, and loss of range of motion.

N-acetylneuraminic acid, which mainly comes from BREAST MILK, was found to have an important role in brain development, learning, memory, and performance. It also has an impact on cholesterol levels and blood coagulation. However, there is no extensive data on N-acetylgalactosamine.

However, it has been shown to have properties resembling glyconutrients that are mentioned earlier like nature to prevent tumor growth and enhances mobile communications.

Unfortunately, the body received only two of these important nutrients in the number of regular and high-glucose or sugar only recently earned a reputation as the cause of many conditions when consumed in excess and galactose are often found on dairy products.

Obviously, glyconutrients is about benefits. There are no known side effects with the use of supplements containing nutrients in this sweet and there is no danger of too much to use it. However, just like something revolutionary in the field of medical science, glyconutrients are directly a source of controversy, not because they are just a sensation but because many marketers take advantage of public acceptance of their value to health.

This does not prevent medical scientists and nutritionists to promote the use of these nutrients. In fact, these last few years have seen an increased interest in parallel with increased glyconutrients interest in promoting health and well-being.
